Getting Back to Normal...

So, lately I have been completely unhealthy. My attempts to get back on track have failed. The icing on the cake (literally and figuratively) was Valentine's Day. Ever since then I have had trouble getting back to my normal self. Today I did good up until I got home. I was hungry and grabbed a bag of Sun Chips... jalapeno and jack. Those things are awesome. Too awesome. Needless to say I messed up. So, here is my confession. I'm hoping that by posting this, it will give me motivation not to fall back into my trap because I don't want to disappoint whoever it is that reads my blog. 

Again, here's my inspiration. I will be toned. I will run a 5K. I will be healthy and eat clean. I will do it. I can do it. Any advice y'all? Motivation? Or do you feel my pain? 


  1. Oh my gosh, I totally feel your pain!! I've been reworking my diet and working out more in an attempt to fit into a new bathing suit this summer. My weakness is a bag of salt and vinegar chips...and I found half a bag of them at our house this weekend. EEEEK. There went the entire last week's worth of dieting and exercising. I'm still trying to pull myself up by my bootstraps--but try, try, again, right? Good luck with your goals! :)
