WILW...

Happy Wednesday y'all!
Here's a few things I'm loving on this warm, sunny day!

1.
I'm loving this performance of "Over You" that Blake and Miranda did on The Voice last night to pay tribute to those from Oklahoma. Might I add that the story of the teacher who said, "I did what teachers aren't supposed to do. I prayed" just gives me chills.

2.
I'm loving that I'm actually making some money for being in the classroom now! Subbing can be quite an experience, but I'm so thankful for the opportunity.

3.
I'm loving that no matter what I go through, the stress, the worries, my incredible boyfriend always finds some way to make me laugh.

4.
I'm loving these Pinterest inspirations to get in shape. Without these to be my reminder, I'd be huge.

5.
Finally, I'm loving that no matter what goes on in this world, God is still a refuge and provides even in the most difficult situations.

Relay for Life 2013...

Last night was Relay for Life in our town. This is a special time for our community. Cancer is something every one of us has dealt with whether it be through friends, family members, or ourselves. Personally, my Papa died from cancer when I was young. My boyfriend's family has been affected deeply. His grandmother passed away a few years ago and had an aunt and uncle who passed away at a young age. Also, his dad was diagnosed this past summer but won the fight! All glory to God. It was a great celebration last night. Here's a few (blurry camera phone) pictures to show you how it went.

Later that night
And this right here ladies, is male bonding. Just kidding, but this picture is becoming a Relay tradition. What can I say? Gotta love 'em.

Please keep all of those affected by cancer in your prayers!
Have a great weekend.

Celebration Weekend...

I am officially a college graduate. Maybe I should rephrase that... I am NO LONGER a student. Now, that sounds a little scary. The good Lord above has thrown me out into the real world. Thankfully, I know He's prepared me for this great adventure that is ahead of me. One little phrase that I keep in mind, "Trust and Obey." I've had such a great time celebrating my graduation. From the after party with homemade ice cream and boiled peanuts to the day spent in Clemson, I've had a ball. Here's a few pictures to show y'all so you can see just how much fun I've had.

The graduation party with the CHURCH PEW I got!

And a few from Clemson...

Today, I was thrown into the real world... my first day of substitute teaching. Thankfully, it was my class I had during internship. So, it was kind of like tip toeing into the shallow end of the pool. Anyways, I hope y'all had a wonderful weekend and marvelous Monday!

What I'm Loving Wednesday...

It's been quite a while since I've liked up with Jamie for WILW, but here's a few things I'm loving on this (finally) sunny day...

1.
I'm loving that I sold my first product on TPT! Woo hoo. You should totally check it out. I have some neat free stuff on there too.

2.
I'm loving that my parents got me tickets to see Little Big Town for a graduation present! However, the fact that it's tonight, and I'm not sure what I'm wearing yet is not so exciting.

3.
I'm kinda loving that I'm graduating tomorrow. I am super excited to start this next phase of life as a teacher, but it is a little weird that adulthood is here.

4.
Oh man am I loving this next thing! We are headed up to Clemson on Saturday for a baseball game! It's a graduation/Mother's day celebration! My mom and brother have never been to Clemson so the boyfriend and I are excited to show them around.

5.
Last but not least, I am loving these cute summer clothes. If only I can get a tan to go along with these clothes.

Have a happy, happy Wednesday y'all!
