Tuesday Fitday...

I can hear the song from Jaws playing as I start to write this post. Fitday... uh oh. Just kidding. It hasn't been that bad of a week. There were a couple of days of celebration that included some food of which I never eat anymore. So today's pretty much my Monday. But hey! I got two things for y'all today. One of which I shared with you a while back. The other is brand spanking new! 

I have learned that it is completely worth it to take ten minutes out of your day to do a workout. I use the Special K Ten Minute Solution Ab Workout video, but I may start using this one too. I've seen results in just a week! 

This little smoothie right here I adore. Peanut butter and banana. It's so good and it's good for you. I use it when I need to take away some of those terrible cravings I have. Works like a charm.

  1. Glad to see you're sticking to your goals! I've been running consistently for about 2.5 months and I feel great! There's nothing more rewarding than proving to yourself you can accomplish something. Keep up the good work!
